Actions at parcel lockers are different some time ago there was an action with a policeman who earned extra money by trading and threw ready-made parcels from RC to parcel lockers.

To be honest, it seems to me that the risk is not as big as it may seem, but I know of a case when someone from the house traded RC and they finally cleaned it up, even though those were not the times when it was particularly loud.
